Serves two people
Ingredients 1 x packet of Strawberries
1 x full banana half a cup of ice
600ml of water laced pieces of strawberries for garnish directions
Slice strawberries in slices and cut banana into small pieces.
Place strawberries and banana and ice cubes into a blender.
Pour in 600ml of water.
Blend for 60 seconds our into glasses and serve.

1 medium cup of apple juice or you can also use milk if you prefer this half of one banana
A hand full of ice cubes
2 full cups of frozen blueberries.
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt some fresh blueberries for garnish
Place frozen blueberries into a blender or food processor, add ice cubes and slice up banana.
Add natural yoghurt and apple juice and blitz for one minute.
This is a great snack or breakfast drink to add valuable vitamins into your diet and some superfood.
