Serves two people

Ingredients 1 x packet of Strawberries

1 x full banana half a cup of ice

600ml of water laced pieces of strawberries for garnish directions


Slice strawberries in slices and cut banana into small pieces.

Place strawberries and banana and ice cubes into a blender.

Pour in 600ml of water.

Blend for 60 seconds our into glasses and serve.

This is a great smoothie recipe it’s quick and easy and can be taken to work or for outdoor activities. Blueberries are full of goodness and they have many health benefits. Drinking smoothies is a great way of getting minerals and vitamins into your body. They can be made in a matter of minutes. These healthy drinks can be taken with you to the gym or to work, giving you a vitamin bust throughout the day. Blueberries contain vitamin C and have antioxidant benefits. 1 medium cup of apple juice or you can also use milk if you prefer this half of one banana

A hand full of ice cubes

2 full cups of frozen blueberries.

2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt some fresh blueberries for garnish


Place frozen blueberries into a blender or food processor, add ice cubes and slice up banana.

Add natural yoghurt and apple juice and blitz for one minute.

This is a great snack or breakfast drink to add valuable vitamins into your diet and some superfood.

Ingredients One banana 24g sachet of Whey protein

2 x fresh eggs few ice cubes

2 x tablespoons of Greek yoghurt 300 MLS of water directions lice the banana with a sharp knife.

1 x sachet of Whey protein


Pour the water into a blender and add water.

Add the sachet of whey protein and ice cubes.

Crack in 2 eggs Blitz for 60 seconds.

Pour into a clean glass enjoy!!!

Kiwis are also a good source of fibre. It is recommended that everybody drinks 2 litres of water each day, so this is a way to get the first 350mls into you. Fresh mint has the advantages of helping with brain function and can help to relieve the pain of breastfeeding. Mint also has powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits, and can help to clean the mouth and teeth. Bananas are loaded with potassium which is a very important mineral for the body, it helps with fluid balance and muscles. A handful of crushed ice 350ml of water

Serves two people


Peel and cut banana into slices

Peel and slice kiwis

Add banana and kiwi and crushed ice into a blender and add 350ml of water

Kale is one of the best-known forms of vitamin K, it is also rich in vitamin C. Kale is top of the pile when it comes to nutrient-dense foods, it’s the top of the vegetable pile. One cup of kale leaves with the stems remove’s (or spinach if you can’t purchase kale)

The juice of half a fresh lemon. One green apple cored and diced.

One cup of ice cubes


Place diced apple and kale into your blender.

Pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add one cup of ice cubes and blend.

Blend for 60 seconds.

Serve in a tall glass.

Blitz in a blender for 60 seconds Serve in tall glasses
