Healthy Steak Dinner with Tomato and Asparagus

Serves one person

85grams of lean steak

Half a cup of fresh asparagus

One fresh tomato

Salt and pepper

One teaspoon of olive oil

Gravy (optional)

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan, fry steak for 3 minute each side or until you are happy with the steak. Slice the tomato in half and fry until soft.

Add water to a pot and some salt and bring to a boil and add asparagus and simmer for 12 minutes.

Sprain asparagus and serve steak and fried tomato, add seasoning as required.

Gravy is optional
