Healthy Blueberry Super Food Smoothie Recipe

This is a great smoothie recipe it’s quick and easy and can taken to work or for outdoor activities.


1 medium cup of apple juice or you can also use milk if you prefer this

Half of one banana

Hand full of ice cubes

2 full cups of frozen blue berries.

2 tablespoons of natural yogurt

Some fresh blue berries for garnish

Place frozen blueberries into a blender or food processor, add ice cubes and slice up banana. Add natural yogurt and apple juice and blitz for one minute.

This is a great snack or breakfast smoothie to add valuable vitamins into your diet and some super food. It offers a healthy drink to drink as part of your daily diet.
