This is a great smoothie recipe it’s quick and easy and can taken to work or for outdoor activities.
1 medium cup of apple juice or you can also use milk if you prefer this
Half of one banana
Hand full of ice cubes
2 full cups of frozen blue berries.
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
Some fresh blue berries for garnish
Place frozen blueberries into a blender or food processor, add ice cubes and slice up banana. Add natural yogurt and apple juice and blitz for one minute.
