Healthy Kiwi Smoothie

Half a banana

Two kiwis

Handful of crushed ice

350ml of water

Fresh mint to garnish

Serves two people

Peel and cut banana into slices

Peel and slice kiwis

Add banana and kiwi and crushed ice into a blender and add 350ml of water

Blend for 1 minute until smooth

Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint

This is a great superfood smoothie!!
